How will I receive my money if I win?
Winnings go directly to your member account. You can choose to keep them in your LottoZone account or cash out.
How long does it take to receive my money if I win?
You may receive your winnings right away. Winnings over $/£/€2,300 will be transferred to your member account but will be subject to a verification process by our security team.
Is tax deducted from my prize money?
Taxes are not deducted from a winner's prize money. It’s the member's responsibility to adhere to the tax laws of their jurisdiction.
Can I use my winnings to purchase more tickets?
YES, Your purchases on the site are debited from your account balance first. This balance includes all deposits and verified winnings.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Go to the Sign-In tab and click on the ‘I forgot my password’ link and enter your email address. Your new password will be sent to you by our automatic mailing system.
I was disconnected while playing. Did my bet go through?
As long as you submitted your bet before the disconnection occurred, it will be valid and you will be able to see whether you have won or not after reconnecting.
What happens if I cannot be online when a draw I participated in is scheduled to take place?
The “My Tickets” section in the game console contains a summary of all the draws that you participated in.
